PROBLEM SOLVING

If my MozzTech Mosquito Trap fails to operate
Check that the power cable isproperly connected to both the trap and the mains, and that the power is switched on. Check that power cables have not been cut or damaged.

If this fails, then contact us at info@bioecotech.com or call us at 03-7621 2166 (refer to Warranty section).

If the lights in the MozzTech Mosquito Trap come on but the fan fails to function?
Check whether there has been a build up of material int he Fan which is preventing the Fan blade from turning (Refer to How To Clean Section).

NOTE: DO NOT attempt to access the internal electronic parts of your MozzTech Mosquito TRap. Opening of sealed units will void your warranty.

MANUFACTURER'S 6-MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY

1.

What does it cover & how long?
- Any parts found to be faulty due to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- 6 months from the date of purchase from Authorised Agent/Dealer
 

2.

What service can we expect from Bio Ecotech?
Repair the product or part, or provide you with a reasonable similar replacement producct or part that is either new or factory refurbished.
 

3.

How do I entitle for the service?
- Proof of purchase (e.g. sales receipt & warranty card) is requirerd before warranty service is rendered
- For warranty service, email us at info@bioecotech.com or call 03-5891 1516 for a return authorisation and return instructions. All returns must be sent via prepaid freight.
 

4.

What are the things that the warranty does not cover?
- Damage from misuse, abuse or negligence
- Damage due to an accident, normal wear and tear or incorrect assembly/operation/maintenance
- Damage during shipping
- Damage resulting from repairs attempted by persons other than the manufacturer/distributor or its authorised repair agents
- Lamps and consumable items, e.g. Capture compartment, plastic funnel and optional octenol fragrance strips
- Shipping and handling costs associated with the repalcement of the product or part
 

5.

Are there any other warranties?
No. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, expressed implied. No one else is authorized to give any warranty on behalf of Bio Ecotech.
